I decided to go to the Chiang Mai Zoo to compare it with that of our world famous San Diego Zoo. I have to say, that I was totally impressed by this zoo and a little bit envious of this zoo's features that our SD Zoo does not have. For example, the best part of this zoo was that you could feed the animals and touch a lot of them!!! How cool is that!! As you can see from the pictures, I was able to feed the hippos, giraffes, and elephants!! It was awesome!! BTW...I did not have to zoom in on any of these pictures, because I was just that close!!
Tomorrow I am going to try out 2 churches, the Gathering and then Chiang Mai Community Church. I really miss church that is a home!! Pray that I find a good, solid one!!
Wow,that is so cool. That seems like a lot better zoo than ours. What great photos! Looks like you had fun. I wish we could be more interactive with the animals at our zoo, and not cost an arm and a leg.
ReplyDeleteYeah...it cost less than a dollar for each animal to feed them!! I loved it!! How are you guys? I just added Natalie as my friend on facebook, so I'll be able to stay connected with you guys that way as well!! Take care!!
ReplyDeleteYou mean Chaning Mai, has a better zoo than San Diego. Say it ain't so! Shame on San Diego!
ReplyDeleteJudy's sister, Cathy stayed with us for a few days, and we visited the Wild Animal Park and Balboa Park. This is the first time her sister visited us, and we all had a great time. I think she never felt a need to visit us because we were always driving up to RIdgecrest to visit her and Judy's family.
It is great to hear from you, and be assurred Judy, Jolene and I are praying for you.
Take care, and God bless,
Tom & Judy

We are doing well. Jolene really likes going to college and career. David just bought a new used car - Honda Accord. And Judy is keeping busy with various stuff. Dan White is the Weekend to Remember Group coordinator this year. And, I am still busy.
ReplyDeleteWe are all looking forward to Olivia's wedding. - Tom
